2. Press the button①(power on) to turn on the instrument. After a beeping sound, the LED indicator lights up automatically.

3. Press the button②③to start/stop working and adjust the level you want, the highest is five level.

4.Press the button④ to turn on the light therapy mode. There are eight modes in total. Seven colors of led light. The eighth mode is the automatic light therapy loop mode.
